mypropertyonline, the system, was launched in 2009 in conjunction with LoanCloser Technologies. We identified a real need for a system to allow Vendors, Landlords and their Agents to control the sale and rental processes.

mypropertyonline was designed by LoanCloser Technologies in conjunction with an experienced group of IT, Real Estate professionals and a team of property lawyers. The system is based on the very successful mortgage processing system, LoanCloser. The LoanCloser system was first released in 2005 and has now processed over 75,000 transactions nationwide.

The founder of mypropertyonline and LoanCloser was Simon Purcell, Principal of Purcell Partners Solicitors and Consultants. With his experience in residential lending, commercial lending and local government lending, he identified an opportunity to improve the delivery of mortgage management services to financial institutions and the management teams of Real Estate agencies.
